Course History
The Golf Ranch - Richardson Par-3 Course opened in 1992 as part of a practice facility formerly known as The Practice Tee Golf Center. The nine-hole par-3 layout, with holes ranging from 60 to 130 yards and lighted for night play, serves as a short-game practice area alongside the driving range at 3570 Waterview Parkway in Richardson, Texas. The architect is uncredited in available sources. In mid-January 2023, the facility was acquired by Blue Jeans Golf, which undertook renovations to the driving range that spring, including adding Toptracer technology to 45 bays, covered seating, and food and beverage access; the Par-3 course remained open throughout. The course hosts weekly Par-3 tournaments on Fridays but has no record of hosting major professional events or having notable members.
