The course was designed by Henry and Kathy Krabbenschmidt, a husband-and-wife team with no documented prior golf architecture experience or other notable designs identified. Kathy Krabbenschmidt had a varied background as a former Hollywood magician, champion pool player, and hand model before turning to golf course design. The facility operated at 3990 Westcliff Road until it closed in 2013, with no records of major renovations, ownership changes, previous names, hosted tournaments, or notable events found.
